Experience – it’s greater at Vallair – it’s in our DNA

Vallair is an international aviation company
focused on maximising the life and value
of aircraft, engines and parts.

Maximising life and value of mature aircraft
We provide integrated support for mature aircraft, engines and major components. Seven complementary business units are founded upon engineering excellence: trading & leasing, cargo conversions, aircraft MRO, engines, aerostructures, teardown and component support. These offer aircraft operators and owners worldwide cost-effective solutions to extend the life of their assets, or to dispose of them in an economically beneficial and environmentally acceptable way. Vallair is a leading player in the trading and leasing of A320 family, ATR and B737 aircraft, and a leader in the passenger to freighter conversion market.

Vallair is the sum of its parts, and our DNA is testament to that. Underpinned by our seven complementary business units, our integrated expertise and innovative approach to aviation services provide our customers and partners with unmatched value.

Our history
The company began operations in 2003 as Vallière Aviation. In 2006, the Company opened a subsidiary in Luxemburg (JMV Aviation), at which time the president and CEO became a founding member and board director of AFRA (Aircraft Fleet Recycling Association).

In March 2016 JMV Aviation rebranded as Vallair at the same time as an equity injection from Japan Investment Adviser Co. Ltd. (JIA), and became a minority shareholder alongside Grégoire LEBIGOT, the President, CEO and founder of the Company. In December 2017, JIA increased its shareholding in Vallair to 40%.

In June 2016, Vallair acquired Latécoère Aéroservice, a long-standing aircraft MRO based in Montpellier.
