To maximise the life and value of mature aircraft and engines Vallair is underpinned by streamlined and complementary business units that are founded upon engineering excellence, knowledge, and the delivery of quality services. These include aircraft & engine MRO, trading & leasing, teardown of aircraft & engines, material management, aerostructures, project management, technical support and CAMO.
Vallair MRO’s European hub in France comprises two EASA/FAA accredited facilities in Châteauroux and Montpellier, which provide heavy maintenance programmes, painting and modifications. We also offer narrowbody line maintenance capability to airlines and operators landing in Vatry airport near Paris.
For more than twenty years Vallair ASSETS has been a leading participant in the trading and leasing of mature narrowbody aircraft & engines for sale, lease, teardown and part-out. We have a strong materials management division that supervises the repair and provision of parts to airlines and MROs worldwide.
Vallair MRO and Vallair Assets are part of the Vallair Group of companies which is focused on aviation and mobility. The Group includes significant holdings in Green Navy, FTL Airlines.

Vallair’s MRO and training facilities in France work in synergy with our asset management team in Luxembourg to provide a unified solution for airlines and lessors.
Luxembourg: Head Office
Situated adjacent to the airport, our Luxembourg headquarters is home to Vallair ASSETS which comprises Trading & Leasing, Technical Operations & CAMO, Material & Teardown Management. Our Management, Finance, and IT teams are also based here.
Châteauroux
Our widebody and narrowbody heavy maintenance hangar, integrated painting support, aerostructures, engine shop, and teardown hangar can be found at the Marcel Dassault airport environs in Châteauroux. Aircraft Academy, a Vallair Group company, has its classroom and SOJIT training located here.
Montpellier
This ideal location is home to Vallair’s narrowbody heavy maintenance, painting and modification hangars.
Vatry
Narrowbody line maintenance capability for cargo and charter airlines using the airport.
