Our Facilities

Montpellier
Ideally located between the commercial hubs of Toulouse and Marseille, our MRO facility in Montpellier comprises two hangars for narrowbody maintenance, painting and modifications. A popular choice for airlines and lessors with its warm and benign climate, Vallair has the capacity to park and store 20+ aircraft within the secure airport environment.
Plans to develop and expand the facility and the capabilities on-site are underway.

Châteauroux
Home to Vallair MRO for more than 20 years, the Company was proud to open one of Europe’s largest and most modern hangars in 2022. With the space to undertake two A330 heavy maintenance programmes simultaneously, and the capacity for one A380, this new 8,500 sq.m. facility can handle widebody and narrowbody maintenance throughout the year.
A further dedicated 10,000 sq.m. teardown hangar houses three engine bays and a multiskilled aerostructure repair shop.
Temperature controlled parts storage and logistics are also on site.

Vatry
The Paris-Vatry Airport is located in the heart of the Champagne-Ardenne Region, 150 km east of Paris. It is structured around four major divisions: passenger transport, cargo shipping, private aviation, and flight training.
Vallair offers narrowbody line maintenance capability to airlines and operators landing at Vatry.
This is a new service and expected to expand in the near future.
